ANDERA PARTNER’S ACQUIRES SOTRALU GROUP
Andera Expasion, Andera Partner’s team dedicated to small and mid-cap companies, becomes the majority shareholder of Sotralu Group, alongside the management team. Through this trransaction, Andera Expansion and the management team intend to consolidate Sotralu’s position as one of Europe’s leading suppliers of accessories for aluminium joinery and accelerate it’s growth.
Founded in 1978, Sotralu is a leading european player in the design and manufacture of premium soluctions for aluminium joinery. The group relies on an integrated industrial platform comprising four complementary sites located in France, Portugal and Italy, brought together through the acquisitions of Erreti in 2013, GNS in 2018 and FR Accessories (Ragni) in 2023.
With a strong international presence, international sales account for 75% of the group’s revenue, with products sold in 46 countries to a loyal and diversified customer base of more than 300 clients. It’s broad product offering, combined with a recognised in-house enginnering and design office, enables Sotralu to meet the specifications of aluminium system houses and window manufactures across Europe and other international markets.
Following this change in ownership, Sotralu intends to continue it’s development through the launch of new products, supported by it’s engineering and design office, the development of crossselling opportunities between the group’s entities and continued international expansion.
