The gear action system has been developed to permit a smooth and progressive locking.<\/p>\n

The New Gear Lock has obtain the Level 3 for Usage Grade, in tests made in independent laboratory. In the same tests the lock has obtained the C Level for Durability, surpassing the 200 000 cycles.<\/p>\n

HIGH SECURITY LOCK<\/strong><\/p>\n

Central lock with gear mechanism with two key turns for smooth and progressive locking and conical and rotating security pins on the edge locks.<\/p>\n

CORRECTS DOOR DEFORMATIONS CAUSED BY HEAT EXPOSURE<\/strong><\/p>\n

The progressive closing of the system and the conical geometry of the rotating pins allow the correction of deformations caused by exposure of the door to high temperatures and perfect adjustment of the sash to the frame.<\/p>\n

CERTIFICATION EN 12209: 2016<\/strong><\/p>\n

Certification to 200 000 Grade C cycles and Grade 3 use category (20% more \/ 40 000 warranty cycles).<\/p>\n

WIDE RANGE OF MEASURES<\/strong><\/p>\n

Backset measurement of 30 and 35mm, interax of 85 and 92mm, with front plates of 1700, 1850 and 2100mm in height and 16, 22 and 24mm in width.
Also available with “U” shape front plate.<\/p>\n

HIGH ANTI-CORROSIVE RESISTANCE<\/strong><\/p>\n

Front of the lock and rotating pins in 304 stainless steel and the lock boxes in galvanized steel. All visible components in zamak with nickel treatment with guaranteed resistance of 480 hours in saline spray chamber.<\/p>\n\n
